Protect yourself from fake job offers

It has come to our attention that certain employment agencies and individuals are asking people for money in exchange for a job at Fawr.

Please note that we have not authorized any agency, company or individual to collect money or request any monetary arrangement in order to receive a job at Fawr.

At Fawr, our hiring is based purely on merit—we do not charge a fee at any stage of our recruitment process.

Please know that legally, we are not obliged to honor any job assurances made by third parties in exchange for money.

We have been alerted to the existence of fraudulent messages asking job seekers to set up payment to cover various costs associated with establishing employment at Fawr. No one is ever required to pay for employment at Fawr. If you are contacted by someone asking for payment, please do not respond, and contact us at india.fc.check@fawrtech.com immediately.

How can you tell if your offer of employment is genuine?

If you have received an offer of employment from Accenture, please note that offer letter and all other related documents can only be downloaded from india.jobs.fawrtech.com.

We would like to bring to your notice that Fawr  follows a merit-based employee recruitment practice with extensive screening steps. Fawr does not charge/accept any amount or security deposit from job seekers during the recruitment process.

It was observed that there has been an increase in recruitment fraud involving scammers who post fraudulent jobs openings, or who contact job-seekers with fake job offers. These individuals sometimes even conduct fraudulent interviews with an attempt to obtain personal information or money from the applicants. We have also noticed that certain individuals claiming to be from the Fawr  Recruitment function are contacting prospective candidates pretending to represent Fawr  with job offers. In case you or any candidate receives any unsolicited or fraudulent communication regarding a job offer or an interview call against payment of money, please stay alert and recognize it as a scam. On receipt of an interview call, to prevent falling victim to the same, the candidate may take some measures such as visiting the official Fawr  website to verify the source and authenticity.
